An evening of beautiful music appropriate for Remembrance Day. The program contains both sacred and secular works and includes an Act of Remembrance.
Musica Johannis was founded by Geoff Watson in the late 1970s as a chamber choir of about 30. It worked in conjunction with a small string orchestra and performed many concerts throughout the North East.
Around the mid-late 1980s, it changed to a vocal octet and has remained that way ever since.
